• Founded Kane County Phantoms Baseball in 2007 to start competing in the summer of 2008
• Led high school teams from 2008-2016 and the collegiate level from 2018-2022
• As the Head Coach at the 18u level, Coach Colombe finished with a 175-47 record (.788) while reaching 24 championship games, winning 14 of them
• As the Head Coach at the collegiate level, Coach Colombe finished with a 74-50 record (.597)
• Assistant Baseball Coach at Kaneland High School for 9 years
• Current Head Basketball Coach and PE/Health/Driver Ed Department Chair at Kaneland High School
• Five Time Illinois High School Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year

Steve Colombe - Director of Baseball/Co-Owner

• Player on the original Phantoms team from 2008-2011 before starting coaching career
• Played collegiate baseball as a pitcher at Waubonsee Community College from 2011-2012 and Aurora University from 2013-2014
• As a Head Coach for the Phantoms, Coach Colombe has a record of 91-48 (.655) including five tournament championships
• As the Head Coach at the collegiate level, Coach Colombe has led the team to 3 Metro Collegiate League South Division Titles
• Current Head Baseball Coach and Driver Education Teacher at Metea Valley High School
